Andy Yu Its been almost a year since I started at State of Fitness and I have absolutely no regrets. This was my first ever experience at a gym so there was a definitely a bit of intimidation going in. Thankfully Dylan and the team have been very understanding and tailored the 1 on 1 sessions and ongoing program to my level. The team puts great focus on to form and safety, so Ive been able to move quickly up in strength without any injuries. The progress has been so satisfying I very quickly went from going in once a week to slowly build a habit to going in 4 days a week. The community at the gym is also fantastic, and everybody is incredibly friendly and there are no cliche gym-egos. Unfortunately for me, a few members greet me by name and I have no idea who they are and I think its too late to ask. If youre reading this review and thinking of joining, I would highly encourage it and please pretend youre hard of hearing and ask people to introduce themselves loudly thanks. edit: July-25, added progress photo. Lisa Cavill I was referred to Nikki from another client and it was the best decision I ever made to join into the semi-private group sessions. Since starting my health journey 15 months ago the kgs and cm have dropped and I have vastly increased my mobility and strength. I was very nervous and self conscious to attend a gym of any type but was very quickly put at ease. Not only is Nikki knowledgeable she is also kind and funny. She has cultivated a community of funny, positive and supportive people whom I now call friends.

Amit Bhansali Fantastic experience on a busy boxing day sale. I wanted to buy under armour shoes and was looking for some good deal. Luckily I managed to get it at rebel on boxing day. The sales rep Kelvin was very friendly and spent time in ensuring we were happy with the shoes we were buying. He also offered us to trial other brands so we had no doubts for the purchase we were doing. Would highly recommend this store
