Their website says “experienced defamation lawyers,” but what I got was a generic cut-and-paste letter with zero real research. They might even suggest covering costs for you and pump up your expectations of your case’s success… until you pay. Then suddenly it’s a “no chance — we can’t afford that risk” scenario. If you like paying premium rates for Google-level effort, this is the firm for you.
