Keith Nallawalla I did a trial here and really liked it, I would have joined up but got a new job in another suburb soon after, so could not continue. Staff were nice and the equipment was decent. Showers didnt look like they were cleaned often, but were good enough.

Tiana Dolce Lainie Parker, is my lymphoedema physio. She is the best of the best! with so much knowledge in this area. She’s very professional, understanding, and makes me feel very comfortable every time. Her lovely manners as well as the front desk reception ladies, who are so friendly are so welcoming. I recommend this clinic very highly.

Kathy Hudgson This has to be one of the most welcoming and awesome gyms to train at. Staff are super friendly and helpful, training is amazing and personal trainers for group training sessions are one of the best. Wouldnt change anything about goodlife Karingal.

Motherz Yoga - VIC

meena s I have been attending the prenatal yoga classes recently, and its a great experience so far. Ragini is knowledgeable and made sure to explain each pose in detail. She checks in with each participant to understand their problems and tailor the sessions accordingly. One of the highlights for me is the focus on relaxation techniques and breathing exercises. I highly recommend her prenatal yoga class to any expecting mother.
