1 /5 Chris Wallington: 1st time visit, 6 page form to fill in on arrival. That is nuts and lazy…. Edited as I didn’t seem to be able to reply…
Hi,
I did tell your receptionist. Why have online forms and the ask for 6 pages to be filled in.
That’s my experience and my review, massage was good, and the therapist was a nice enough chap, but I won’t come back again based off this experience.. Dont really care if you like the review or not, intimating that I didnt provide feedback to your cumbersome and antiquated enrolment methods to the receptionist is factually incorrect
No point having some fill in online form is you don’t transpose any of it to the printouts you ask to be filled in, and I choose not to share my medical history for a deep tissue massage, but happy to consent and sign my name, if the booking and upfront payment your team asked for didn’t imply consent.
The review (which you call a complaint) is genuine, but I have no intention of contacting your reception/email address, don’t want to waste more of my time. I didn’t want to stay after, to share my feedback on your form, my appointment started a 10 minutes late (I am fine with that, I don’t even really care it finished before the hour I paid for) but I had people to meet and gave my feedback already, what would be the point of stating it once more. Nothing disrespectful about reporting/reviewing my experience.
Best of luck.
