Daniel Kostoski I’ve been training at Leverage for a long time now and can honestly say it’s an awesome academy. Phil is a wealth of knowledge and along with the other instructors, creates a fun and safe training environment. I lean on the hobbyist side and the school fulfills that for me, teaching both the self defence & sport side of the martial art and Ive gained practical skills that I apply on and off the mats. The academy is full of great people from various backgrounds and Ive made a lot of friends there.

Margaret Davis Friendly blokes in shop, local range so very convenient, under cover and grass area so can practice and refine hits.

Miranda A I love this gym. Initially I joined another Stepz near work but switched over to Eastwood as Kieran, the Manager is super fun and encouraging and there is more of a community vibe here. Although it is a small gym the equipment is new, clean and in good condition. The HIIT classes and are great although challenging

Laine Wheelhouse This has to be the best Reformer Pilates studio in the Sutherland Shire! Ash, Lys and Mel are expert instructors that deliver a serious workout on the reformer no matter whether you choose an Active or Flow class. If you want to mix things up, there are Mat Pilates classes on offer too. They have a beautifully designed studio and their timetable makes booking classes easy with lots of options available. Not to mention, they have a great selection of grip socks!
