My wife received a call regarding financial investment and assistance in getting through this minefield. It was Pillar Financial, we thought we would have a look and see where it takes us. Manny was wonderful to deal with, taking time to explain every aspect from the financial implications to the potential locations. Their relationship with the builder offered some reassurance that the build would be of a high quality and completed on time. Faith has been and continues to be incredibly responsive, ensuring all defects are closed out and our queries (of which there are many) answered. We would recommend Pillar to those looking to invest, whether Melbourne based or interstate.

1 /5 Bronson Piacentini: Watch your back this is a huge bunch of fake people only in it for your cash, you will be steam rolled in to buying shares or a house, the will make it all sound so good with fake predictions. they get kick backs and 10k from you and the builder and the broker every one and when it gets hard they not there. they even make you imply a sister company to do there body Corp of your property that is poorly built and not worth what you paid for it 8 years later. so disgusting and has set us back a long way in the last 8 years and only now we are making any ground on the property yet the hole place is falling down and we have had to repair at our own cost as the sister company never put a building claim in before the builder went under.

5 /5 Linda lodge: We attended our first meeting with Pillar quite hesitantly as we were expecting a hard sell. And it may have been.... but it also was the kick start we needed to stop talking about investments and start investing again. The service has been exceptional with all departments going out of their way to help and reply to queries on the same day. The client liaison gives regular updates on building progress and assists when we are not sure who we should be contacting. They provide the entire package for you, but are flexible enough to understand that you may wish to use your own property managers and still provide you with the necessary information to assist with this. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at investment properties and self managed super funds.
