KX Pilates Chirnside Park - VIC

Rachel Scott Ive been attending KX for a year now and it’s been transformational. I feel stronger and healthier. The instructors at KX are amazing! I have a few joint issues and they are so quick to modify any movement i have trouble with. Nothing is too much trouble, and they are so encouraging. No matter your age and fitness level, KX chirnside is accommodating. Love doing pilates here! Highly recommend!

James R Bonnie and the team at BFT Yarraville are welcoming, friendly and supportive. I look forward to all my sessions (even the tough ones) and there’s always great energy in the room. The trainers are genuinely interested in your progress, and are always there to keep an eye on your form and to push you if you’re slacking. If you’re considering BFT or want to shake up your training, it’s a great option.

SJJA Chatswood - VIC

Carrie Nammuni SJJA Willoughby has be a fantastic introduction to the sport. My son loves his sessions with Ryan and has progressed so well. Jui Jitsu is excellent in developing strength, coordination and confidence! Everyone is friendly and it is a great learning environment.
