For the umpteenth time, they changed the agreed rate at the last minute (overdraft) and this caused me serious financial losses. This behavior shows dishonesty and abuse of customer trust. Worse still, after 4 days of delay and follow-up, today I received a message that my money will be deposited into my account in 3 more days! Such delays and bad words are not only unprofessional, but completely unacceptable. No customer should be a victim of such behavior. If you are looking for security and transparency, I strongly recommend that you do not trade with Pars Melbourne Exchange (Mr. Panhandeh) under any circumstances. I called them a couple of times last week and requested for money transferring services and each time they bounced my request back with an irresponsible behavior as well as irresponsible services! If you are looking to experience a money transfer service with not even an average customer care service this company can be a choice otherwise there are a lot of options in the market. It has been a long time since I have experienced business owners who are complacent and unfamiliar with basic human etiquette. Contacting Sarafi Pars Melbourne reminded me that these people still exist and that I should be careful.
