1 /5 Nicole Middleton: Worst renting experience ever. Hot water was not fixed for 4 weeks and the oven was not fixed for 8 weeks. The property was just transferred to a new management company and we discovered the tenants living there for 9 months had not yet been put on the lease, despite paying $250 to portfolio and filling in the required paperwork twice.

5 /5 Cee: Rented a place in Abbotsford through these guys. Was dealing with Grant Warn and Id totally recommend. A few things came up and they dealt with them straight away. A hot water system was leaking and they had someone within the hour to replace the whole thing. Very efficient. I looked after the place and got my full bond back - it was all really easy. 1 /5 Justin Trollip: Use them currently to rent out a place. Had the whole door come off the hinge and block off the entire entrance. After warning them about it repeatedly, they did nothing to resolve it. Subsequently the fence door has fallen off into the street. Our dog can now no longer go outside and all of our outside furniture is at serious risk of being stolen as theres no locked gate. They still refuse to fix the situation. I now have to go through the administration burden of reporting them to VCAT. Be very careful before engaging with this company
