He was patient, understanding, professional and very helpful throughout the whole process from deciding to buy a house, through to pre-approval and ultimately formal loan approval. He’s very supportive and answered everything in a timely manner. Communication was brilliant which made the process of buying our first home as smooth and stress-free as possible. 5 /5 Mumma Gs: If i could give more stars i would, Kajan went above and beyond helping me and my business keep moving forwards, even when we were thrown some really stupid curve balls, he found a way to be able to help and get me in a better position than I was, even after the loan is approved he has still made sure we are moving forwards and is also still finding a way to get us in an even better position even if it means its 6 or 12 month down the track.
