The programs are amazing, and fun to do, Arielle is a constant support in every way. Shes everything youll need In a PT. Theres also a sense of community and family within the PUS&P team, makes you want to push harder. I cant recommend Arielle enough, give Power Up a go, you wont regret it!

Deniz Levent Anytime Fitness Roxburgh Park is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve been to! The equipment is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with everything you need for strength training, cardio, and functional workouts. The gym floor is always spotless, and the layout makes it easy to find what you need without feeling cramped.
The staff are incredibly friendly and approachable — they genuinely make you feel welcome from day one. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter, they’re always happy to offer tips and encouragement. I also love how secure and accessible the gym is — being able to train 24/7 gives so much flexibility.
Pat Tori How awesome I can travel between clubs, no need to fight traffic. Depending where Im working I can drop in for a workout. Amazing, fun & supportive staff. A great workout, I didnt believe I could get such great results in only 30 mins. Thanks Ladies
Ben What a great gym! All the staff are really helpful. The music is always great. The sauna is state of the art. Being able to do a cold plunge outdoors is great. They let you bring your dog in. The equipment is all high tech and easy to use. The group sessions on the weekend are awesome! Well done Project Better :)
