Our situation changed quite a few times and Robyn promptly responded to the changed circumstances. It was a relief to have a contact person for all the questions we had. At a time when life changing decisions were being decided, they were made easier by the professional advise provided. We had to meet with her a few times, both in person, and on zoom, which provided clarity about the issues involved. Her help in completing the endless paperwork was very much appreciated. A thank you to Heather, also. She, too, was friendly, helpful and considerate to our needs.

Both Erika and Christine were "angels" in working through mums financials, preparing the required paperwork and providing a plan of action. Aged Care is a complex web of considerations. Clearly the right fit of accomodation for your loved one is paramount but the all important financial ones need to be made carefully. It truly requires an expert to review your situation to ensure you make the most informed of choices. At a most stressful time Christine was available to help with all my "silly" questions. The service cost was very reasonable and I highly recommend giving them a call if Aged Care is on the horizon for you or a family member . It will be money well spent.

I was stressed to the max trying to figure out my mother’s financial predicament in order for her to become a permanent resident as the allocated respite days were coming to a close. After numerous phone calls with My Aged Care and CentreLink as well as loads of forms and documents required, I was really uncertain and unsure how this was even going to be possible. It’s such an overwhelming complex area that you really need to seek financial advice who know and understand the financial aspects and options of aged care. After meeting with Christine I was relieved! She listened, understood my mother’s financial tricky circumstances and provided the best possible financial solution as well as two other possible options for me to consider all during this initial consult.
