The team were very quick to provide me with the required guidance to address various injuries and mobility issues which has lead to significant progressive improvements. I’m additionally to this the gym has an amazing culture which cultivates an environment of growth. The team of coaches are very knowledgeable and have a genuine interest in every individual member. Luke Mannion I’ve been practicing with Green for almost a year. Her teaching style is a perfect balance of guidance, support, and challenge, which makes each class feel accessible yet motivating. She pays close attention to individual needs, offering modifications that cater to all levels (beginner or advanced). Green has an incredible ability to create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable. I really enjoy practicing yoga with Green and couldn’t imagine going elsewhere!

Holistic Physio Fitness - VIC

Philippa Byers I have been attending two classes a week for over two years with Patrick. I have become stronger and have had no injuries because of Patricks oversight. He checks in with how people are feeling and adjusts the load accordingly, gradually timing weight bearing increases. The Maintenance classes combine balance, strength and cardio, and Patrick creates an encouraging, positive and happy atmosphere for all. Small classes are a bonus. I highly reccommend. I also highly recommend physiotherapist Craig, his one treatment and the exercises he gave my daughter for her back pain, appear to have sorted the problem.
