That’s exactly what I found with Jonte and the OB Fitness team. From day one, Jonte made the process feel effortless. We set a clear goal to achieve before my trip, and not only did we reach it—we smashed it. The support, structure, and encouragement made all the difference. One of the highlights for me has been boxing. Every session brings something new, and I’ve genuinely enjoyed learning and improving each time. Beyond the workouts, OB Fitness offers a strong community vibe that makes showing up something to look forward to. Ethan Soares I’ve gone into Anytime Baulkham Hills multiple times and been greeted by the staff in the most polite and positive manner every time. Special shout out to Jerson who always takes the time out of his day to help me on my form and technique, not once judging me and helping me with my progression, thanks to him and anytime fitness baulkham hills, I can confidently walk into the gym. also would like to say the machines and equipment are extremely good.

JUST STRONG PERSONAL TRAINING - VIC

Elia Lom South Melbourne Gym and Anthony offer the perfect solution to my training needs. The small groups are perfect for those wanting a diverse strength and conditioning program. Anthony has great expertise and has been able to push me much further then other trainers whilst being cautious and mindful of pre-existing injuries, and the other activities I do (equestrian). Highly recommended, well priced and located in a great location with ample parking!

Grouse Studio - VIC

Sean Hanlon The Grouse studio is a wee gem of a gym in Auburn. Josh has created a hub for lifestyle transformation through tailored classes, nutritional advice, and an active community. The coaches are fantastic, always available to offer support and little nuggets of wisdom. The weekly strength classes designed to achieve positive results are working, and I love the continual adjustments to promote progress and stop the groundhog day feeling. The hybrid classes are perfect for kickstarting the weekend, providing an intense workout that makes room for a well-earned treat. The Grouse community is incredible—very welcoming and offering various activities outside the regular classes. Ive recently been encouraged to join the Grouse Gallop and lace up my runners after seven years- Its already making a difference. Thank you for the warm welcome, encouragement, and support. Its truly been a game-changer for me. Keep up the great work and continue providing those Grouse Goodies - you cant beat a discounts. Youre setting a new benchmark, keep up the Grouse work Josh.
