1 /5 Nadia Teo: It was quite frustrating when I arrived to the store keen to buy a pair of earrings for my daughter. It was highly unprofessional to see the two employees trying on jewellery for themselves despite having a group of five together as one family and then myself and my daughter waiting and waiting to be served. I felt that I had made my interest to have a look at the earrings closer quite obvious but it was clear the employees had no intention of serving. I will take my purchase and all future elsewhere.

1 /5 Nicholas Logan: Walked in today wed 4th of June 2025. I had a watch which I needed to get fitted to my hand. Asked politely how much it would cost to get it fitted to my hand. Was told to go to Mr minit. I asked dont you do it here. Was told they only do it for watches sold there. Wow is it any wonder bricks and mortar are going the way of dinosaurs. There was no one else in the store but 2 ageing women fussing over papers. I guess prouds doesnt neeed paying customers. People avoid this store. Rude customer service.

5 /5 Peter Smith: Yesterday I bought a watch at this store and was very impressed by the customer service provided by Sales Consultant Marina. She is helpful, patient, listens and responds to any concerns raised, has amazing product knowledge yet isnt pushy. She is the embodiment of all the qualities you wish all people in her profession would have, yet is very unassuming letting you decide what product is right for you in your own time. COVID-19 has had a disruptive effect on how we do things and lower staffing levels have had a detrimental effect on customer service in some stores. I am a regular customer at this store and the staff have always been exceptional. I am pleased that nothing has changed. Keep up the good work ladies, it is appreciated. Cheers, Nancy

2 /5 Canary Dragon: Took a secondhand ring to get cleaned thinking to get it resized later on but the lady I enquired with said the jeweller resizing will clean it anyway after resizing although they can do it there but “the jeweller does a much better job!” I said ok, very happy with that, sent it off to get resized. Came to pick it up today and it was resized but not cleaned at all and as gunky as ever. I told the lady that I had been informed otherwise (not same lady as the one that promised me all the good things last time) and she said there is nothing on the paperwork that requests cleaning too. Another lady Marina cleaned it there for me but if “the jeweller does a much better job” as what I was informed then this entire job is subpar. It had to do because I had to pick up my daughter from school. Whole interaction very strange and not ideal. I didn’t even get any apologies though. Don’t promise customers something that doesn’t actually happen.
