Sue organized various works and styling of the property which resulted in the most amazing result and an unprecedented level of enquiry, and a sale price at auction that exceeded our expectations by 27% above our agreed reserve price. Sue was instrumental in the appointment of the real estate Agency and worked in close conjunction together with them. We received regular updates and progress reports following inspections. We would have no problem in recommending the services of Sue, which certainly minimized what is generally quite a stressful undertaking.

Having already bought a home without assistance, we weren’t sure whether Max and the team’s services would be for us. However, it became clear through a couple of conversations with Max that this would be worth its weight in gold. The team were prompt, knowledgeable, strategic, and kind through the process. They provided insightful critique on properties, were agile when we needed to move quickly through due diligence, and patient when we changed our minds on a property. We also thoroughly enjoyed learning about the nuances of great buying strategy (incl. how best to engage agents!).
