Dan Fenech Gym isn’t the problem, it’s the patrons. Walked in 9pm sat night, Indian guys everywhere yelling at the top of their lungs. Nothing put back in its place, thrown all over the floor. After attempting to look for dumb bells whilst weaving around the crowds of people doing more socialising then working out… I walked out. More like a night club then a gym. Gym itself actually has a really good set up and probably a good vibe during quieter hours. I’ll give it another go when it’s a little quieter.

IMC Engadine Martial Arts - VIC

Tahnie Sankey IMC Engadine Martial Arts has been an incredible experience for my daughter, she absolutely loves every class and looks forward to going each week! The instructors are not only highly skilled but also genuinely supportive, creating a fun and empowering environment!. Weve seen her confidence, focus, and physical coordination grow so much since she started. Its refreshing to find a place where she is encouraged to be strong, capable, and proud of what they can achieve.

Mission Pilates - VIC

Jenny C I cannot speak highly enough about Mission Pilates. The classes are well paced, held in a comfortable space, and sessions have enough variety to maintain interest. Lisa is knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about the positive outcomes which can be achieved through Pilates. Its been nearly 12 months since I began Pilates, and in that time Ive improved my posture, strength, flexibility and balance. Lisa is aware of individual limitations, and always checks in to see if anyone has any new issues. She also provides different levels of challenge for exercises, and provides encouragement and feedback on form. Mission Pilates classes have become an important and enjoyable part of my week.
