As someone who used to be a daily smoker for over a decade, it was with the motivation and help of the wonderful coaches Rowy and Dom who helped me quit my bad habits and embrace a healthier lifestyle. I have had gym memberships in the past but nothing compares to being part of pure mvmt’s supportive community! Thank you coaches for all the hard work and discipline.

5 /5 H Nazari: One of the best gyms in the area. Dom and Rowy are probably the best bodyweight trainers, I have ever trained with. They have a very precise approach to the sport. Their handstand, strength, mobility and callisthenics classes are beyond wonderful. You will receive good value for your money. Very much recommended.

If youre looking for a calesthenics gym that combines fantastic classes with a really welcoming atmosphere, this is definitely the place. The coaches are brilliant – Rowy and Dom! Always encouraging, and they make sure everyone feels challenged but also supported. The variety of classes keeps things interesting. Theres a real community feel here, which makes showing up so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend !!

5 /5 Harshini Samarasingha: Amazing gym, amazing energy and amazing people. Rowy and Dom have been nothing but supportive, friendly, warm and welcoming since day one. I have been at Pure MVMT since February 2024 after wanting to restart regular training and get into a routine with my fitness again, but I was worried calisthenics might be too advanced for me. Both Dom and Rowy have been incredibly patient and encouraging and tailored all of the exercises to work at my skill level from when I started as a complete beginner to now as I continue to improve. Each class is enjoyable and I leave feeling a huge sense of accomplishment and determination to continue smashing my goals. The small group fitness classes work amazingly and the coaches have time to instruct you individually and work with you to help you improve and achieve your goals, the other members in the classes are also super supportive and inviting and I have found myself making so many friends along the way. Since starting I can already notice a difference with my strength, fitness, mobility and endurance. The Pure MVMT community is like a second family and I am thankful to have found a place with them ❤️
