The Lift Dept. Bexley - VIC

Ivana Dragicevic Having never done any weight lifting before, I was nervous to begin but I can honestly say that it has been such an empowering experience. In both pt sessions and group classes, I learnt proper form and feel so much more confident to continue with this type of training. Both Jorge and Emily hold a wealth of knowledge and the gym has a genuine community atmosphere. Highly recommend!

F45 Training Richmond - VIC

Shenel Tait Ive been coming to F45 in Richmond for over a year now and absolutely love it! The gym is large and really well equipped. The classes are a good mix of challenging and fun. So long as I book in at least a few days in advance I can always book into my preferred time. But the trainers are by far the best part of F45 Richmond. Theyre knowledgeable, friendly and hilarious.

BFT Footscray - VIC

Alessia Roujeinikova My absolute favourite gym Ive been to yet! Love the variety of classes mixing both strength and cardio, absolutely worth every $ and is highly worth it for the weekly membership. The gym and equipment is incredibly well maintained. Most importantly, the team are all so supportive and theres such a great supportive community feel. You get great guidance from all the lovely trainers and the owner (Brad) is so attentive and helpful with any questions or concerns.
