Ryan Zapko Visited the gym on a day pass from put of town. Starting with the front desk staff, gym was fantastic. Great equipment, plenty of space and natural light, more than enough space, clean and tidy. I specifically chose a weekday after lunch to increase my chances of a slow time of day, so I cant speak to peak times. This is a gem and I look forward to coming back.

After years of zero or limited results slogging away at the gym with other trainers I finally got to see the results I always wanted by following Amelia’s training and diet guidance. More than physical benefits I also received some good attitude and mental health guidance. Amelia helped me realise I don’t have to destroy my body with exercise or go hungry to look “good”. With her influence I now train less, eat more, look leaner and feel great. Her passion for holistic fitness is inspiring and vast knowledge all things diet and fitness is exceptional.
