5 /5 A R: I’ve done group Pilates for years, but after a month of PT with Kirsty I realised how much more effective everything is when your form is actually corrected. She notices the postures you’d normally miss in a group class, and fixing them has made my other workouts more effective.
Kirsty is fun, genuine, and caring. She tailors each session to your goals and how your body feels that day, and has a way of distracting you to get you through the burns—I would’ve given up if I was doing a YouTube workout at home. She also creates her own moves that I’ve never tried before, and they hit muscles I didn’t know I had. Every session is different, so it never gets boring.
It really is a happy place! And her super cute dog is my extra motivation to show up.
