Ive been going consistently multiple times a week for the past few years, and it’s never felt like a chore, its something I genuinely look forward to. The studio is absolutely beautiful. Calm, welcoming, and full of good energy. The team are simply brilliant: fun, caring, supportive, and genuinely invested in you. They feel more like friends than instructors, and the sense of community makes the space feel like home. Reformation Pilates is where I go to push myself, treat myself, be myself, and take care of myself. Whether Im needing a challenge or a reset, I always leave feeling stronger, clearer, and more grounded. I honestly can’t imagine my week without it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a space that nurtures both body and mind.

5 /5 Reshu Arora: The classes are so well structured for core, legs, arms and overall strength building. The classroom ambiance is very clean, relaxing and so different to any gym. All the instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and very supportive to help achieve the goal of getting fit and stronger.

The space has such a warm, calming, friendly vibe—it’s the kind of place that instantly makes you feel better the moment you walk in. Even after all these years, I still find the workouts challenging in the best way. The instructors are amazing—so knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely lovely people. They each bring something different, and I always feel like I’m learning and improving. This studio has been a constant in my life, and I honestly can’t imagine my week without it. 5 /5 Diana Mar: I have been going to this studio for over two years, and I love it! Each class is completely different and for 45 minutes you can work your full body. Instructors are knowledgeable and each of them have their own style of exercises and music to keep things entertaining. Each class has different levels depending on each person’s expertise so you can adjust it according to your needs. The studio itself is neat and modern and in a great location to run errands before or after class.

The instructors are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable and always make sure you are safe while going through the moves. They offer classes for all skill levels from first timers to advanced. The space itself is bright but also inviting and this comes down to how inclusive they are. Every person is welcome regardless of who you are. I would recommend Reformation to anyone who wants to give Pilates a go.
