All the instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and very supportive to help achieve the goal of getting fit and stronger.

The space has such a warm, calming, friendly vibe—it’s the kind of place that instantly makes you feel better the moment you walk in. Even after all these years, I still find the workouts challenging in the best way. The instructors are amazing—so knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely lovely people. They each bring something different, and I always feel like I’m learning and improving. This studio has been a constant in my life, and I honestly can’t imagine my week without it. 5 /5 Diana Mar: I have been going to this studio for over two years, and I love it! Each class is completely different and for 45 minutes you can work your full body. Instructors are knowledgeable and each of them have their own style of exercises and music to keep things entertaining. Each class has different levels depending on each person’s expertise so you can adjust it according to your needs. The studio itself is neat and modern and in a great location to run errands before or after class.

5 /5 Claire Strasser: Reformation has been my safe haven for almost 2 years now. The instructors are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable and always make sure you are safe while going through the moves. They offer classes for all skill levels from first timers to advanced. The space itself is bright but also inviting and this comes down to how inclusive they are. Every person is welcome regardless of who you are. I would recommend Reformation to anyone who wants to give Pilates a go.

DDkita Honestly, love this gym. The vibe is great, and the equipment is always in good shape. The staff is friendly without being overbearing, and there’s a solid mix of people—everyone’s just doing their thing. I never have to wait too long for machines, and the people are so friendly and welcoming. It’s just a great place to get a workout in without any drama. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a chill but solid gym!

Ivan Seeto Just joined for a few weeks very impressive gym: spacious, heaps of great equipment, fantastic environment and culture, and most importantly the great Berk. Berk is such a friendly, genuine, professional and approachable staff member. Like any business they can make improvements (by the way this ia not a complaint in any shape or form but more to highlight Berks enthusiasm to make this gym the best) and initially in sent an email with some "suggestions" based on my experience from my previous gym. When i told Berk about the email he asked directly what were my suggestions and he gave me direct and honest answers to what they could implement and what they couldnt but he also agreed with a lot of the suggestions because of his experience and his desire to make this gym the best flagship gym. Thanks Berk for your friendliness and down to earth professionalism. Keep up the great work.
