5 /5 Linda Moore: The name is not wrong......Steve and Danniella are an amazing team. With our family growing from 4 to 5, we found ourselves needing a bigger home and needing a bridging loan. Prior to speaking with Steve about it, even the thought about it was making us nervous, but Steve had a way of breaking down the process for us very easily and going out to market to present to us the best options to suit our situation and then spending the time to go through the pros and cons of each option. After we made a decision on which bank to go with both Steve and Danniella were excellent in getting the loan application through and keeping us updated the whole way through, they worked effortlessly with our conveyancer throughout the settlements of both properties which then finalised the discharge of the bridging loan. We could not recommend them enough, they went above and beyond during the entire process and I honeslty could say we would not be in the positon we are now if we did not engage the services of Relax Home Loans.
