1 /5 Jaz K: Based on my experience with this firm, I cannot recommend their services. During my IVO case, I encountered several issues that left me dissatisfied. If it weren’t for legal aid, I would not have continued with them. I also raised concerns about the handling of sensitive documents from another client of Ressan lawyers that was sent to me, which was distressing. When I contacted their office to complain, I was advised that they had closed my case without addressing my concerns or listening to my complaint. Despite approaching the Victorian Legal Commissioner, the matter was not resolved to my satisfaction. In my opinion, the service I received did not meet my expectations, and I felt let down throughout the process. - You can see the response below when a legitimate review of them is raised they have threatened to sue me with defamation.
