Dan Odwyer Potentia Pilates is seriously the best — the facilities are clean, modern and have such a great energy about them. The instructors are super knowledgeable and motivating, always making sure everyone feels comfortable but challenged. The vibe in every class is awesome — supportive, fun, and uplifting. Couldn’t recommend it more if you’re looking for a top-tier Pilates experience!

Monica M After trying different local gyms and fitness studios, I can definitely say that Fitstop is one of the best in the area. It’s a very welcoming gym with very friendly and encouraging trainers and members, which is really motivating and comforting for newbies. The trainers are so attentive and really helpful with technique and adjustments to suit my fitness level and are always super supportive to my individual needs. The classes are really well structured and easy to follow which is reassuring for someone like me who doesn’t have a lot of gym experience. Terri and Heath have created a really positive and fun environment and Fitstop is now my preference over my other fitness classes. I’d highly recommend to others looking at joining.

Louisa Paul Natja is one of the kindest people I know. She gathers information to plan a personal yoga session to suit. She gives wonderful advice and has a gift for helping people. Natja engaged by son well even when tired after a difficult day at school to the yoga techniques really calm him.

Kia Yang I was surprised by how organised, clean and friendly staff at this store. I stopped by to look for some gift wrap and was throughly impressed by the range on offer (gift warp and other items from homewares, kitchen, party to pet) Signage Very clear and organised to help you easily navigate through the store and quickly find what you need. Offerings Lots to look at and in my opinion medium to high price. This is much more impressive than the classic 2Dollar Shop. Definitely stopping by for the next gift idea or box / bag to wrap a gift.
