3 /5 FAL osophy: New gym reopened. As Revo fitness, not crunch. Ok. The good things. They got a few more of the heavily used machines like delt/chest fly. New weights and a clean look. Bad: they closed for two months and the water fountain is broken. You can only fill your bottle from the slow drinking portion. The filter is still turned off so you don’t see the reading that says it’s well past its filter limit. One of the things needing addressing most were the grubby change rooms. And they didn’t. At least they cut the locks off in this time. They also took a few of the better elliptical machines out, including the cross trainer. I think the worst of it all, is that in the two days it’s been re-opened I’ve seen the staff let tradies train in their dirty street kit and students working out in their daily uniforms. You have this beautiful gym, and it’s already looking gross

5 /5 Rebecca Huang: The new gym looks absolutely smashing! Love that each tread mill got its own big TV, easy access to reformer Pilates that each is equipped with virtual instructor, and the massage chairs are awesome!!

1 /5 Harrison Bergamin: Unfortunate experience when they transferred gyms from Crunch. Watch out for your bank details. 1. I paid in full for a year and while the gym was closed for 2 months did not get a refund for those months, citing I should haved joined one of their other sites 40 mins away. 2. They automatically transferred me to the highest tier and billed me. No contract signed, no checking in. Even insurance companies warn you if your contract changes. 3. I then ask for a refund. It is refused. 4. I then ask to cancel, but they still want to charge me and give me a 30 days notice period. 5. They tell me that customers had ample time to opt out...I only received one email from Revo saying they are renovating...thats it. No impression of contract change overs or new contracts. Maybe when youve caused a change, provided minimals comms and are forcefully taking money from bank accounts, just listen to your customers. You seem money hungry at this point.

4 /5 Jon M: I do like the renovation. But it’s still 4 stars because they kept the same shitty chest machines that no one likes. I wanna know why there are now 3 leg extension machines and 4 calf raises machines? Revo, if you see this, please just add a supine bench press and I’ll be happy. Just one. Please. I beg. We don’t need 2 seated calf raises I’ve never seen even one be occupied. Thank you

1 /5 Midu Nguyễn: Never had any issues with the gym when it was still Crunch, but everything went downhill after it changed to Revo. We paid for a full year under Crunch’s terms, and then Revo suddenly took over and ignored the original agreement entirely. The staff at the gym are friendly and try their best, but the upper management is absolutely terrible — emails go unanswered, no refunds are accepted, and they take zero accountability. During the renovations, we had to travel 20+ minutes just to reach another Revo gym, with no compensation or proper communication. Things just keep getting worse over time. Very disappointing experience — I wouldn’t recommend Revo to anyone.
