Erin Pelquest-Hunt Mike is one fit cookie, and I’m on the way to becoming one myself! As a woman I have sometimes found myself feeling uncomfortable in gym settings but Mike is totally professional, offers great encouragement and delivers results. I feel more confident with my lifting, fitness has improved and I’m no longer getting the back pains I started out with. Can’t recommend him highly enough!

Meredith Prime I started at CrossFit Moreland last year and I wish it was 20 years ago! One of the best decisions I have made in relation to improving my strength and overall functional fitness. Everyone is so supportive and makes it an enjoyable experience! I get smashed most classes but love it - thanks to the coaches who are always positive.

Steve Nelson Not all Pilates classes are created equal - at MCity, they’re unapologetic about making you sweat and puff. I’ve gone there for the last few years and not only seen the benefits I’ve got personally, but also the changes in the people coming to classes over that time. For me, a key difference at KX Mcity is that all the trainers are on the same page. Unlike other places that can be a bit random in their programs, it’s clear there’s communication between all the instructors here. No matter whose class I do here, it feels like I’m building on the previous ones. People don’t just turn up to classes to tick boxes here, they get seriously stronger. Highly recommended!

Steve P Nice gym. I go regularly to a Anytime Fitness close to home, but have decided to come here on my lunch break from work. Good range of equipment, great open space, was really clean, passcode lockers, plenty of change rooms - cant ask for much more, sure beats my local anytime!
