Ally Engelhardt Coach Versace is a fantastic trainer and person. He’s been an important part in my physical and mental growth over the past year. As someone who struggles with their mental health, I’ve always felt comfortable speaking to him about it as he works with me on it rather than against me. I always feel confident that he’s got my best interests at heart and that’s reflected in the continuous communication in regards to how the diet and training plans he’s set are working and also how willing he is to make adjustments if something isn’t working for me. If you want someone that understands how to get the best out of you in every aspect then that person is Coach Versace.

Shane Powell Easily the best Pilates studio Ive been to. Fantastic instructors and classes that keep you engaged, energised and feeling amazing after each session. Janis and her team are able to work with you on any injuries or issues and it doesnt matter where you are at on your Pilates journey, they are welcoming and encouraging.

Lorraine I joined Cath in July/August 2024 and have enjoyed her classes. Cath encourages us to do more than what we think we are capable of doing and we have a lot of fun. I have just completed my six week challenge with EML(Eat Move & Live) and I have gained so much from it learning the good and bad foods which we are all guilty of having. The reason for exercise and how you feel in yourself. I encourage those who have not yet done the challenge to give it some thought. I feel so much better in myself and intend continuing with it. Thanks Cath for all your advice and encouragement and look forward to continuing with your classes
