Vicki Tyler Im aware the local branches are either disappearing or downsizing to where there is fewer staff and longer waits ... however, amongst all the little irritations, I found a gem. Two other members of staff were helpful to our faces but never followed up on promised phone calls and updates etc. We stumbled upon a member of staff, Ms Kathy Hill, a Personal Banking Advisor and she was extremely helpful in the branch but she also made TWO much needed follow-up phone calls, at a later date. Ms Hill solved our problem and then made sure that we were satisfied and happy. We noticed; we appreciated the service and we thank you Ms Hill. Youre a stand-out gem amongst the pebbles and rocks. Charlotte R Boris and Di have been amazing to work with throughout the whole process of buying my first home! They were incredibly helpful, and took the time to ensure I (as a first home buyer who had no idea what I was doing) understood the whole process.
