1 /5 Peter florescu: I’ve also had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Leticia and her staff who are rude and show no compassion at one of the hardest time in people’s lives when going through a divorce and custody battle in the family court.I made an appointment with Leticia and Maggie her receptionist rang me 10 minutes before the meeting saying Leticia wasn’t available as she had a funeral on and would reschedule for the next day.I found that unprofessional as funerals are organised at least a week before so why wasn’t my appointment canceled sooner instead of 10 minutes before the appointment to me it showed that they don’t have good organising skills however I was asked to fill out some forms prior to the appointment I had already sent the family court orders to them a week prior when I originally made the appointment.On the morning before the second appointment I rang the office and spoke to Maggie and asked if they’d received the paperwork and was told they had and that Maggie would look over them and if there was any problems she would ring me.10 minutes before the appointment AGAIN I get a phone call from Maggie telling me that the orders that I had sent through were the wrong orders and told me that my appointment couldn’t go ahead without them and that I’d have to ring the family court and get them Once again the lack of their organised skills were exposed as they had the orders for a week but didn’t check to see if they were the right ones or not until 10 minutes before the appointment.When I brought this up with Maggie she became rude talking over me and threatening to end the call because the tone in my voice had changed all I done was criticised their organisation skills and when I asked to speak to the principal lawyer so I could put in a complaint she hung up the phone.I sent the firm an email complaining about Maggie’s behaviour to which Leticia responded to telling me the call was ended because I was being abusive so I replied saying to her that she’d only heard Maggie’s side of the story and hadn’t even bothered to ring or email to find out my side of the story which I found unprofessional from the owner of the business.She then sent me a third email arguing with me still being my fault.I have read some of the reviews and now understand why everyone there is rude and show no respect as that is the culture Leticia has created condoning that behaviour and treating people as if they are more superior than others and people are desperate for their help as if they are the only firm around.Every negative review Leticia has blamed the individual for the outcome not taking any sort of responsibility for her actions or that of her staff and placing the blame on the person writing the review and in some cases even denying that they were clients,Maggie hanging up the phone on me and putting the blame on me was just a get out card because they don’t like it when they’re wrong and being criticised .My only advice is that if they can’t even organise their appointments and read material that’s been sent to them for over a week what hope have they got of organising and putting together a case when they can’t organise the little things like appointments.SIMPLY Don’t USE THEM YOULL REGRET IT AND WONT GET A GOOD OUTCOME
