5 /5 Darren DOMIN: Wife finds her dream pearl ring at Rutherford Jewelers in the city. Upon her request, they transfer it to Camberwell Store and hold it for her. She calls me, desperate to show me with the hope that I might buy it for her Birthday. Meanwhile in the background, I contact staff there, secretly buy it and let staff break the bad news to her when we both go in store to view it: We are so, so sorry, it has Sold! Cue heartbreak. Cue priceless faces of sadness, disappointment and broken trust. Cue the staff and I quietly grinning at each other. A little Cheeky, yes. Birthday surprise unlocked! Wife gets the biggest surprise to see that Sold ring, now in her hands. Huge thanks to Rutherford Jewelers for their patience, professionalism and sense of humour. You didn’t just help me buy a ring, you helped me pull off the ultimate surprise! Definitely the place to go if youre looking for pearls, estate and antique jewelry, my fourth big shop there! 5 /5 Christine Mills: Staff were helpful at the Collins Street store. I have had jewellery posted to me after repairs, so I trusted the system. I therefore, ordered pearl earrings as a gift and I wasnt disappointed. They were beautiful and just as described, the presentation was also lovely. In store they have a lovely range of pearls, worth a visit.
