1 /5 S L: After the passing of my mother earlier this year, Ive had to deal with the rude, unhelpful staff at Sandhurst. Instead of helping us manage Mums estate, they made this time even more difficult and painful. I would ask direct questions as they dont explain anything well and would receive wordy, long winded answers that didnt actually address the question. They are all smoke & mirrors to drag the process out longer so they can make more money. They get you to pay an "estimate" of commission and then dont refund that amount to you when the actual isnt as much as the estimate. They are thieves! Ive been treated horrendously and taken my Dads will elsewhere, as I would never want to deal with these monsters again. They are just preying on vulnerable people in their darkest hours, theyre a disgrace!

1 /5 Jes se: Would give them 0 stars if possible. Unhelpful, do not return calls and when questioned reply is youre not the only case we are dealing with. No empathy or compassion, pure blood suckers.
