5 /5 Grug: Heidi is a fantastic instructor, her studio is beautifully light and airy, the other participants in her classes are very friendly also. Ive felt included in her little community since Ive began taking classes at her studio, and I cant recommend Sea Star Studios enough.

5 /5 Briana Daniels: Heidi is an absolute legend who makes you feel super comfortable from the get go. From checking in with you and how your body is feeling to also being actually interested in those in the class - its not all surface level and you dont get that everywhere - and all the people Ive met in the many classes Ive done are also super lovely. Space: This studio has lots of natural light, plants (always a yay) and has a perfect breeze for when it starts heating up haha Parking: is easy, theres three next to the studio and if theyre full you can park behind the others in the drive way and its super easy to reverse out OR of course on the street is good too Classes: theres a great range of classes available starting from 5.25am, and I think the latest being 9.15 or theres also one on one too. would highly recommend for beginners and those who are experienced :)

5 /5 Brooke Grayson: I am absolutely loving Heidi’s classes! They are lots of fun and super challenging at times too but with Heidi’s support , engagement and knowledge you feel so strong and as though you can do anything ! Since starting Pilates with Heidi 4 months ago I have noticed my posture has improved hugely, and my legs and core so much stronger too! I also love the varied classes Heidi runs including a more stretch and strengthen Pilates workout or a cardio based Pilates workout . Heidi’s Seastar studio has made me love exercise again!

5 /5 Fushia OHara: Absolutely love Heidi’s reformer Pilates classes. Having been to a number of studios over the years, this is the best! Small group sizes, excellent instruction, a beautiful space overlooking the coastal surrounds and always a great vibe. Heidi makes sure that everyone’s physical abilities are considered, I’m feeling strong and confident in my body again after taking a break postpartum.

Heidi has created such a warm and encouraging space for us to be in, with a great mix of classes to suit your different moods for the day. Heidi is incredibly knowledgeable and easily guides you through all of the different moves. Highly recommend you give it a go x
