We were recomended to get in contact with Chris at Sentient Finance by a friend and was blown away with the easy and friendly conversations from our first Teams meeting. Living in Queensland and doing everything by phone/email was no problem. Chris and his team cares about you and your journey, have a lot of knowledge with endless experience and have so many banks they work with to get you the best rates. Our journey was first home owners and we are building our first home. They have helped so many through this and was honest with us as what others have experienced. So when we had some delays with the start of our build, we expected this. It have been so nice having someone in our corner that helped us navigate through the endless loops. We had one meeting with a bank before getting recomended to use a broker, the bank wants your business, while a broker can also help you to refinance later to keep your costs down and have the best interest that can be offered for your situation. Chris have been amazing all the way and we will keep using Sentient Finance to check the market and get help with refinance if we can save money on it as the market changes.
