Contracts have been reviewed promptly and in detail, and they pushed through one settlement in 30 days with no issues at all. And in contrast to the previous review on here, I found their pricing very reasonable and comparable to the market. Recommended.

1 /5 Jeremy Charles: I bought a property from their client with a 45 day settlement. I had booked cleaners, removalists etc, for my current property the day after. I was also due to return the keys to my real estate agent the next day. When this mob got wind of this, they delayed the settlement and claimed they needed to draw up a contract agreement, for me to get the keys before settlement for a fee of $750 extra - like they werent making enough from this deal! It seems as though they delayed deliberately to make a few more dollars - even the vendor(and my solicitor) was not happy with them for the duration of the process. Do not use them!
