1 /5 Pardeep Choudhary: "Worst experience of my life dealing with this firm for my house settlement, especially the guy (raman) handling the settlement process. I had to call at least 15 times throughout the day to get hold of him once for any updates ,Very unprofessional. I was the one who had to call the real estate agent and even the owner to get an update on the process, and then let him know once he picked up the call after numerous attempts. It seems like they charge less compared to other settlement companies, but in the end, considering the stress of not knowing whats happening with the settlement process, its not worth it at all. They also charged extra for services beyond what they initially quoted. He lied about submitting paperwork when I asked him to confirm. They would claim to have done it, but youd find out otherwise. When the settlement was finally done, I discovered they had increased their fee." Buying your first home is a significant milestone, and you want the process to be stress-free. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against using this firm. Their lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and unexpected fees made an already stressful process even more overwhelming. Save yourself the headache and explore other options."
