Liza van Huffel Great spot for dogs to play and socialise. Most people are dog friendly (except for the odd person who gets offended when a dog tries to play with their dog in an offlead dog park = bonkers).... Poo bags + bin are provided so thats great. Ide wish the am hours could be extended so that a dog walk after school drop off was possible. Parking is very hard though on a weekend which is fair enough as the complete site is wonderful for the public (don lucus reserve, open air gym equipment, kiddie bike track & of course beach + club) . Well done so far sutherland shire council...

I have a bit of medical phobia and Dr Nicole has helped me work through that calmly every step of the way. She is very knowledgeable in her work, explains what signs she sees in my posture & muscle tension, then clearly gives me treatment and conversation during the session which help me to improve. 24K Transport Amazing gym with stunning views overlooking the golf course — easily one of the best training atmospheres around. The natural lighting is perfect, the equipment is top-notch, and the whole space just feels energising. Always a great place to smash a session. Highly recommend.
