Miranda A I love this gym. Initially I joined another Stepz near work but switched over to Eastwood as Kieran, the Manager is super fun and encouraging and there is more of a community vibe here. Although it is a small gym the equipment is new, clean and in good condition. The HIIT classes and are great although challenging

Maria A Amazing experience – perfect for busy mums! As a mum of two getting back into training, I couldn’t have asked for a better gym. Crèche classes are a lifesaver. The group classes are incredibly motivating and always changing, which keeps things fresh and fun. The supportive environment has made a huge difference in helping me stay consistent. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get back into fitness in a positive and welcoming space!

Necole Cunningham Over the last couple months I have been training with Andrew, his knowledge on food and training is exceptional. Creating programs to your own needs and fitness levels. Andrew has been truly amazing making me feel comfortable, strong and motivated, not only in sessions but also outside of training sessions if I have needed support. He’s been a cheerleader for me on my journey to bettering myself. He has given me the confidence to believe in myself again. He’s the best PT I’ve ever had!
