1 /5 Brock Gale: Rang to speak to my recently deceased grandfathers lawyer as I am the exterior and the receptionist refused to put me through due to privacy laws. I did not want information about my grandfather I want to know what I need to do as exterior and other questions not relating to my grandfathers private information. She refused to put me through and hung up. So now I will have to come a visit the office with no information or what I may need to bring with me. I dont even know if I need to make a appointment. As if this time isnt not hard enough losing a family member and this is how you are treated. SHAME!!!!!!
