Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club - VIC

Tim J One of the nicest tennis courts and facilities Ive played in Melbourne. This place is huge and has an air of prestige. The courts are in excellent condition which have a smooth surface, good bounce, and well maintained. Ive mostly played on the clay courts, and they feel really nice underfoot. They offer racket hire if needed and theres plenty of parking which is a big plus, and the facilities are clean and well looked after. Theres also a nice gym, pool and sauna area for members. I love the cafe/bar area upstairs for a nice coffee or a bite afterwards. The views are great and has a nice ambience. There’s a real sense of history at Kooyong too. It’s nice knowing youre playing somewhere with such a strong tennis background. Would definitely recommend to anyone who plays casually or just wants to have a hit in a nice setting.

Lillie Carolan Luxform is a warm and welcoming space, offering Pilates to all levels. Rosie is a brilliant Pilates instructor, her classes are both challenging and fun. It’s a highlight of my Saturday morning!

SOS Running Essendon - VIC

Benja10 Matt is a fantastic running coach and very knowledgeable in his field. Before Matt took me on, I was constantly getting injured and felt like I had plateaued with my progress in running. With Matt I was able to increase my mileage to 60-70kms a week, go without no major injury of a 7 month period and within those 7 months have personal bests in the 5km, half marathon and full marathon distance. I highly recommend Matt as a coach, if you are beginner, advanced or wanting to go to that next level. Thanks again Matt!
