Everything went well and Pallavi, Erika and Brydie were across my claim to the point of even checking which local pharmacies could certify my license as I was still in recovery and made everything so much easier during lockdown. Whenever I emailed forms across to them they would forward to the insurer straight away and update me on the progress.
