Hybrid Training Hornsby - VIC

Anived Mishra I joined Hybrid around 3 months ago, and I’ve been going consistently for the last 2 months. I’ve already noticed improvements in my strength and overall fitness. The coaches Ben, Paul, Beckie, Lizzie are all fantastic, and the community is incredibly welcoming. Everyone is kind, supportive, and curious, creating a judgment-free environment that makes me feel proud of my journey and the community. I’m looking forward to continuing here for as long as I can and being part of this special community.

UBX Hoppers Crossing - VIC

Beth Holmes I transferred to the Hoppers Crossing UBX last December and felt the warm community vibe as soon as I walked in the door. Matt and Bianca welcomed me with open arms and helped me feel right at home at my new club. Their attention to detail and care for their members is unmatched, they regularly send out small care packs to keep you motivated and always have the time to check in with you. The extended work out hours make it easy to get a work out in around my busy lifestyle. I like that the workouts are provided for you on the screens at every round so you don’t have to think about what to do when you get to the gym. The trainers are always there to assist with form and push you to get the most out of your workout. UBX Hoppers Crossing is the best gym I have been to by far. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is considering joining to come in and see what the club is all about!

Fitness First Bayside Platinum - VIC

AC Karting I recently started Pilates and the results have been instant! After just four sessions, I can already feel my strength improving and my body becoming more sculpted. I’ve picked up momentum quickly and feel more motivated than ever. Each session is 45 minutes, and the instructors provide helpful guidance and advice throughout. As a complete novice with little coordination, I’m amazed at the tremendous changes I’m seeing in my body shape and fitness. Pilates has activated muscles I haven’t used in years, and every class leaves me with a real ā€œfeel-goodā€ moment. Highly recommend for anyone looking to build strength, improve fitness, and feel great!
