I am long a term snap fitness member and have attended many wonderful gyms with supportive local managers.
Unfortunately, Preston snap is engaging in unreasonable behaviour which has left me no choice but to reluctantly post this review.
After not attending this gym for well over 4 weeks but continuing to pay my membership fees, I requested immediate cancellation of my membership.
This request, made after 10 continuous years of paying fees, in multiple countries, has been refused, on the basis of a contract that I have not been provided with.
These unfair and predatory practices are disappointing and unnecessary.
I have further asked for cancelation of direct debits from my account, and this has not been accepted. Debiting a bank account without authorisation to do so is unlawful.
In future, I am more than willing to sign up to snap fitness but will avoid Preston snap at all costs. Unless, there is a change in management.
