2 /5 A Walsh: I’ve enjoyed using the gym facilities, but cancelling my membership has been extremely frustrating. The process is not straightforward, and I was asked to jump through several steps that felt unnecessary. It shouldn’t take multiple emails and phone calls just to stop a subscription. Transparency and an easier cancellation process would make a big difference for members.

5 /5 Samantha Grace: Moving to Melbourne I struggled to find a gym that wasn’t just like all the others out there. It was important it had a sense of community & care for its members, and you weren’t just treated like another number after signing up - luckily I came across Snap Fitness Preston late last year and can honestly say it feels like home! It has a great range of equipment & a number of different group classes, friendly staff who are always welcoming and care about your progress/how you’re doing,…regardless of your fitness level you never feel out of place. Genuinely, you’ve got nothing to loose - you’d be silly not to check it out ☺️!

1 /5 Mitchell Dougall: Be warned, predatory practices and poor customer service. I am long a term snap fitness member and have attended many wonderful gyms with supportive local managers. Unfortunately, Preston snap is engaging in unreasonable behaviour which has left me no choice but to reluctantly post this review. After not attending this gym for well over 4 weeks but continuing to pay my membership fees, I requested immediate cancellation of my membership. This request, made after 10 continuous years of paying fees, in multiple countries, has been refused, on the basis of a contract that I have not been provided with. These unfair and predatory practices are disappointing and unnecessary. I have further asked for cancelation of direct debits from my account, and this has not been accepted. Debiting a bank account without authorisation to do so is unlawful. In future, I am more than willing to sign up to snap fitness but will avoid Preston snap at all costs. Unless, there is a change in management.

5 /5 Jane Gough: I love this place! Since joining in January, I have felt so encouraged and supported by the great staff and trainers. The classes are so much fun and the perfect amount of physical challenge. The equipment is new and well looked after and the facilities in general are well maintained and clean. I highly recommend it!
