To make matters worse they then even missed crucial filing dates and lost my case, having to go somewhere else and then won after incurring costs and losses because of this firms mismanagement Absolutely do not recommend to anyone, ever. PS: I have STILL been trying to contact your office since your response and since it is John Snodgrass himself his incompetence is unchanged by any ‘restructuring’ of your completely lack lustre performance. Anyone contemplating using this firm should do so AT THEIR OWN PERSONAL RISK
