The coaches are welcoming, knowledgeable and the whole experience of joining in on classes is seamless. There’s a strong and supportive community surrounding the gym, making it like no other. Jenny Church Great classes, the instructors are really motivating and the kms tick up quickly. I can always achieve more than I expect coming in to the class. Doesnt take long at all to get the hang of the treadmill and you go at the pace that suits you which is great. Recommend to runners in a rut or wanting to mix it up!

Carlile Swim Castle Cove - VIC

Dani Aspery On holidays this year, we were astounded at the improvement in swimming for both of our boys. Not only were they confident swimmers but they absolutely loved it and only wanted to stay in the pool the whole trip. We can thank Carlile Swimming at Castle Cove who have tirelessly provided fun and educational swimming lessons this year.
