1 /5 Steven Sherry: We were visiting Melbourne for the day, the shop was supposed to be open at 10 am, still was not opened at 10:15 so we left with the intention of coming back before 5 when they closed. Returned around 2:30 it was opened so I went in and I had picked an ring to buy and continued to browse, the ring was taken from me only to be put back on the shelf and was told I had to leave the shop as she had to go out for a little while to take the dog home. I asked how long she would be only to be told ‘ I dont know’. So I left and will not be returning to buy anything from such a rude lady.

5 /5 Danica Bell: We received lovely service here and were chatting with the owner for ages. She was knowledgeable about the jewellery and very helpful, kind and friendly. The style of jewellery is so beautiful. I adore the multicolour precious stones. Very reasonably priced for high-quality jewellery made with love.

After searching high and low for a white multi stone teardrop necklace on a long chain, I remembered visiting this gorgeous shop preCOVID and hoped they were still there. To my delight Sophie Catherine was still open and trading strong. After finding my necklace and then seeing it came with semi precious stones, of course I had to buy both ..... And some earrings. Second to none with hospitality and customer service, Sophie Catherine is prompt to reply to emails and should an item become damaged, the replacement process is one of the quickest I have experience .... Ever. I cannot recommend Sophie Catherine enough!

5 /5 Nav Patience: This store is a hidden gem! I bought my bridal earrings and bracelet from Sophie Catherine in the Block Arcade in Melbourne. I was lucky enough to stumble upon this place a year ago, and went back when I needed some beautiful pieces for our special day. I was extra lucky because they had a sale on. Lovely service with a stunning and gorgeous range
