The studio is welcoming, the instructors are supportive and knowledgeable, and the classes leave me feeling stronger every time. The intro offer is such great value if youre new to pilates - highly recommend!

LIV the owner sent out a clear message and vision to give back to her community. She set a challenge and gave back to her community. No 2 classs are ever the same and no 2 instructors are the same. Each brings in passion, care and energy to teach every day and night and it shows on how many stayed after their 6 weeks challenge.

5 /5 Thao Tran: Finished the 10-day trial and absolutely loved it! I needed an excuse to get out of bed and move about after suffering a mild lower back injury. The staff at Soulmate Pilates were generous in supporting my present condition and providing safe yet challenging changes - especially in the Soulmate Signature blocks. A special thank you to Ella for her kindness and motivation! Ive seen a significant change in myself both mentally and physically! Anyone wishing to maintain their fitness while recuperating from an injury should definitely check out this studio!

The classes have many layers and cater from beginners to more advanced. The team is also excellent at providing support if you are injured or still getting stronger in certain areas. Liv and her team are dynamic and so thoughtful, always going the extra mile!
