1 /5 VK8AW: Would never buy a car from this place again. 99k for a car that had been damaged on the drivers front suspension system, broken bonnet latch, a hole in the roof the size of a 20 cent piece (hidden under roof rack), something rattling under the front right side, dash brackets rusted (from water ingestion due to hole in roof) and failed to advise us under consumer law about a major safety recall. Pictures attached of hole in roof (repaired as best as possible by myself) and suspension parts swapped out. All this on a vehicle that we have had for 20 days and is only 2.5 years old. We have joined a class action law suit on the sale of this vehicle to us (Maurice Blackburn)

I first dealt with Damien, he was a pleasure to deal with regarding the car the info I asked him regarding the history etc. He even went out his way to order in a part for the drivers side interior as he wanted me truly happy with the vehicle. I then dealt with Rose, she was an absolute pleasure and a great laugh with when it came to talking about the dash camera. She made the info and videos simple ans easy. Couldnt be more grateful. The whole team made buying the car an amazing experience. I had the guy within 5 days.

5 /5 Sean: Outstanding customer service by Damian and Alex with extremely friendly staff that go out of their way to assist you in any way they can. Most car yards/dealerships want you in and out and tend to hover around, but we were left to look at our own pace allow us to choose the car we wanted. The best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Great work All!

4 /5 Suraj Raj: Setting up a booking was quick and the servicing was done in a timely manner. I was given all the relevant information I required for my vehicle and the staff was friendly. They attempted to address some concerns I had which i appreciated. It would have been 5 stars but after it was done I realized my service book got stained with oil. Its understandable that these things happen but it would have been nice if some extra care was taken handling it. All in all I was satisfied with the experience.
