Xia Su Great fitness program for kids! Lots of running, ball-throwing and coordination exercises. The coaches are friendly and very encouraging. My child loves the sessions!

Jasmine Ryan One of the best gyms I’ve been too! All the staff are down to earth and super welcoming. My partner and I signed up a few months ago and absolutely love it - especially the atmosphere and classes. It’s also a large space so it never feels crowded or feels overwhelming (there’s even room for have a sled). I did a 1-on-1 with Regina and she is incredibly knowledgeable and has great attention to detail. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a gym in the area ☺️
