Awesome new top of range fitness equipment that’s well managed and looked after. There is absolutely no ego’s in this gym and this is a massive reason why the members also feel comfortable and encouraged, everyone is there to help each other.

Kimaya Kapuwatte Best gym Ive attended. Facilities are amazing and many many machines available to use. Staff are beyond friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Scott Murcutt Matt and Annette go above and beyond what I ever expected from personal training. Their dedication to consistantly learning and applying new techniques to fitness and nutritional advice and tailoring programs to suit individual needs is outstanding. They understand the effort, time and commitment it takes to change your habits and lifestyle to improve your overall health, but are aware that everyone will stumble occasionally. They are the first ones to reach out and offer help and support, whilst not being scared to push you a little harder when you need it ;-) Thanks guys, keep it up.
